Rupture of appendix in Taiwan

Lima Rescue Operations Center in Taiwan received a call from a friend of the member, claiming that his friend would have surgery due to rupture of appendix. However,they cannot afford the medical expense. Lima Rescue medical team reached out to the hospital and obtained the medical document, after reporting and communicating with the insurance, Lima Rescue placed guarantee of the payment on hospital in 2 hours after the friend of the member called, assuring the member to receive prompt medical care. After the friend left for home during the member’s hospitalization, Lima Rescue coordinator at site visited the member at bedside every day. Once the member’s condition was stable and he was ready for discharge, Lima Rescue arranged medical repatriation by commercial air carrier.
